Wow! I cannot believe how stunning the Enchanting Moments Personalise Me Necklace is. The photographs on your site just don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely beautiful. Amazing quality and the charms are just perfect. Looks way more expensive than it is. Comes is a gorgeous box too.
I ordered this for a gift and I will most certainly be back for more (and one for myself!!)
The customer service was fantastic - I asked to expedite my delivery 2 days after I had placed the order (I got my dates muddled, no fault of Dorsya) and Orsi couldn’t have been more helpful!

I contacted DORSYA as my daughter has purchased a number of pieces from the company and had a gold heart necklace that she adored, but lost while on holiday in Switzerland. The necklace was no longer available on the website as it was about a year since she had originally got the necklace. I thought I’d contact DORSYA anyway as my daughter was so distraught. Orsi who owns the company replied to me almost immediately to say that by chance they had one remaining and arranged delivery without delay. My daughter was over the moon. This beautiful necklace makes me feel comfortable and calm and magical! Wearing it is soothing and it looks beautiful and I’ve had lots of nice comments . I love that every time I look at it it reminds me that I’m worth some thing and I really really needed the lift and moonstone is my favourite gemstone hence I write my poetry under @ moonstonebrightpoetry.
