From the date of purchase, DORSYA guarantees your watch against any manufacturer defects for 6 months!
In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that this guarantee does not cover any damages caused by accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper use, water penetration, batteries, straps. Also, the guarantee becomes null and void if the watch is opened or serviced by unauthorized persons. To obtain replacement or repair of your watch please contact DORSYA directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Under this guarantee, you will be not charged for repair or replacement but it is your responsibility to cover the cost of packaging and posting your watch to DORSYA, and you must ensure that is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping!
Jewellery: The silver is a soft metal; if you stretch it with too much power a crack may occur, especially on adjustable items. We can't be held responsible for inappropriate handling; please handle your jewellery with care.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

Any parcel returned are at your own cost, we recommend that you obtain a free certificate from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises.
We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit or left at post offices and will not be treated as returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: All items in sample sale are final sale and non refundable, non exchangeable. No discount code can be applied on Sample Sale items.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
