Return Policy

WARRANTY

From the date of purchase, DORSYA offers a 12-month guarantee against any manufacturing defects, along with a 6-month plating warranty.

From the date of purchase, DORSYA guarantees your watch against any manufacturer defects for 6 months!
In order to benefit from this guarantee, you will be required to present the proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that this guarantee does not cover any damages caused by accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, improper use, water penetration, batteries, straps. Also, the guarantee becomes null and void if the watch is opened or serviced by unauthorized persons. To obtain replacement or repair of your watch please contact DORSYA directly at info@dorsya.com. Under this guarantee, you will be not charged for repair or replacement but it is your responsibility to cover the cost of packaging and posting your watch to DORSYA, and you must ensure that is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping!

Jewellery: The silver is a soft metal; if you stretch it with too much power a crack may occur, especially on adjustable items. We can't be held responsible for inappropriate handling; please handle your jewellery with care.



RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

Any parcel returned are at your own cost, we recommend that you obtain a free certificate from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises.
We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit or left at post offices and will not be treated as returned.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as this fee covers the cost of delivering your parcel and is incurred at the time of dispatch.

We only refund the original shipping cost if the item is confirmed to be faulty and returned for a full refund. If a customer opts for an exchange due to a fault, the original shipping cost is not refunded; however, we will cover the postage cost to send out the replacement item.

Please include in your parcel your name, order number, and email and mention if you require a refund or replacement/exchange. 


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note: All items in sample sale are final sale and non refundable, non exchangeable. No discount code can be applied on Sample Sale items.

Pre-Orders

Certain items on our website may be available for pre-order. This means the product is not currently in stock but is expected to arrive on a specified future date. Estimated restock dates are provided on the individual product pages and are subject to change based on production and delivery timelines.

By placing a pre-order, you are committing to purchase the item once it becomes available. Please note the following conditions for pre-order items:

  • Refunds are not available on pre-ordered items before dispatch.

  • Once the item has been delivered, you may request a return within our standard return window if you decide it’s not right for you.

  • Pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as stock arrives, and a shipping confirmation will be sent once dispatched.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change — if you need to cancel your order, we're here to help!

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@dorsya.com. We’ll do our best to process your request before your order is prepared for dispatch.

Please note:

  • After 2 hours, your order may already be in production or packed for shipping. If this is the case, we won’t be able to cancel it — but don’t worry, you can still return it once it arrives by following our Returns Policy.

Lost Parcel Policy (Shown as Delivered)

In rare cases where a parcel is marked as "delivered" by Royal Mail but cannot be located, and the customer acknowledges that the delivery was made to their address, we are required to open an investigation with Royal Mail. This process may take several weeks to resolve.

Once Royal Mail issues compensation for the lost parcel, we will promptly send a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund in these cases, as the tracking confirms successful delivery.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve such situations in line with Royal Mail’s policies.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dorsya.com.

SAMPLE SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sample sale items can not be refunded. 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dorsya.com.

LIFETIME WARRANTY (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Customers may purchase an optional Lifetime Warranty for a one-time fee of £14.99. This warranty extends protection beyond our standard 1-year manufacturer warranty and covers only the specific jewellery item it is purchased for.

The Lifetime Warranty can be:

  • Added during the original jewellery purchase, or

  • Purchased after the original order to cover a past purchase (limited to one piece of jewellery per warranty)

If an order includes multiple jewellery items and the customer wishes to cover all of them, a separate Lifetime Warranty must be purchased for each individual item.

Coverage

The Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material faults occurring under normal wear

If a fault occurs, Dorsya will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item with the same product (if available), or

  • Replace it with another product of equal value, or

  • Provide a Dorsya gift card equivalent to the item’s original value

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or external causes (e.g., chemicals, water, impact)

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches) that does not affect the integrity of the jewellery

Additional Terms

  • The warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Each warranty applies to one jewellery item only

  • Photos and/or return of the item may be required for claim approval

  • Refunds are not available under this warranty

  • "Lifetime" refers to the period Dorsya is actively trading as a business

Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected by this warranty.
