For deliveries, we cannot give an exact date or time but approximately it will take :
- 3-5 working days for UK orders; free signed delivery
- 5-7 working days for EU orders; free track and signed delivery
- 5-10 working days for the Rest of the world orders; free track and signed delivery
*weekends are not calculated in the working days.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all of the order details are correct which includes the correct sizes, colours, and styles selected in the order. This information cannot be amended or changed once confirmed. It is also the customer responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address is correct which include the complete door number, street name, and postcode. We do not hold liability for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly stated on the order. A collection from the wrong address stated on the order has to be arranged by the customer as we are no longer in possession of the parcel. We would have only followed the instruction initially requested on the parcel.
If DORSYA needs additional information regarding your delivery address, the buyer may be contacted by DORSYA in order to provide the information we need. Delivery delays may happen in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.
DORSYA ships all orders with UK Royal Mail and after the parcel left the UK it will be handed to the local courier. We will provide you a tracking number for all orders, so you can track the location of your parcel.
You must allow at least 24-48 hours for us to pick and pack your parcel before dispatch. All dates for delivery should be calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order. All orders are delivered within the Royal Mail’s delivery time in the UK.
*During busy periods of the year, like Christmas, Easter, Public Holidays etc orders may take longer than 48 hours to be despatched! We are working very hard to send out your orders as quick as possible, and in up to date order! We apologize for any delays this may cause!
In case the buyer it will receive the wrong product or the product arrives in a damaged condition please contact DORSYA as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue!
